Returns

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense. Please contact us at holalulu@kuttilulu.com for return instructions
• Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no additional cost to you and facilitate a prompt resolution

Exchanges

• We are unable to process exchanges, we request you to return your order and place a new one

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable if the package is returned due to unpaid duties
